With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and skilled assembly group leader at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing. I oversee the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I also apply my process improvement skills to identify and implement solutions that reduce costs, waste, and errors. Previously, I was an unexploded ordinance specialist at Parsons Corporation, where I performed risk assessments and clearance operations for various projects. I also have a background as a Material Area Supervisor at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where I managed the inventory and logistics of the parts and materials for the production. I have a BA in communication and media studies from Eastern Michigan University, which helps me communicate effectively and collaboratively with my team, partners, and stakeholders. I am driven by the mission of creating innovative and sustainable vehicles that meet the needs and expectations of the customers.
