Responsibilities consist of teaching children between the ages of 5 and 9 years old in the Boys and Girls Club after-school program their curriculum as well as assisting with homework. Other duties also included preparing the learning materials needed for the following school day. As the youth leader of my class of 20, I also encourage the children to behave respectfully, build an appropriate relationship with the children, create activities, and have the children learn how to build their conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities consisted of communicating (via email, phone, and in-person) with patients and insurance companies regarding scheduling doctor's appointments, verifying/pulling insurance, and receiving payments. Other responsibilities included preparing a patient's file, filing, checking out patients after their visit, opening/closing the office, and handling payments.

Responsibilities included assisting guests, over the phone, by email, and in person, with questions and concerns and encouraging the purchases of tickets and other amenities offered by Winchester Mystery House. Tasks also consisted of ordering and distributing small supplies for different departments in the company.
