I work with interior designers and property managers on projects that involve custom window coverings, including motorized and manual roller shades, and wood or vinyl shutters. With over 15 years of experience installing custom window coverings, I own and operate Dan's Blinds & Shutters. My journey began in 2008 when I started working as a custom blinds installer for a company called CSC Blinds. During my 7 years at the company, I serviced a variety of property managment companies across the GTA, including Realstar, Morguard, Q-Residential, Vertica, Minto, and Capreit. In 2015, I decided to venture off on my own and started my own blinds business. Blinds and shutters are what I'm most passionate about, and I ensure my team does the job properly and on time. To get an idea of the scope of work we can successfully manage, our projects range in various sizes from $200 to $20,000. We have expertise across a wide range of applications, including new condo/housing developments, remodels, concrete drilling, office window coverings, and difficult/unusual window layouts such as circular windows, windows behind pillars, and high lofted windows.We measure, supply, and install interior shutters, roller shades, High-Lite (zebra) shades, horizontal blinds, vertical blinds, and cellular shades.
