My journey has been anything but ordinary, a small-town kid from the mountains of West Virginia taking apart computers to spearheading industry-changing initiatives in higher education and technology. As the visionary behind The Excellence Factory, I've dedicated myself to attacking disjointed systems and experiences to scale organizations' reach and impact. My mission?
