My primary responsibilities require me to meet with executive-level leadership teams to understand the challenges they are experiencing with their current supply chain visibility and security practices. I work to understand, develop and integrate a GPS security-based program within their company and processes. This includes implementing security-based monitoring programs within the transportation, supply chain and loss prevention business segments.As the Vice President of Global Business Development, I work directly with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, major retailers, and technology companies to implement, develop and execute a GPS security monitoring program within their companies.

• Maintained communication with customers for recovery and shipment of temperature sensitive pharmaceutical loads• Worked with dispatchers and dock workers to organize equipment to maintain proper temperature on all Cold Chain shipments• Monitored climate control shipments on Thermo King's TracKing web-based application to ensure no temperature excursions occurred• Helped develop SOPs and training documents to train and inform employees on proper procedures for handling pharmaceutical shipments

• Supervised multiple employees on third shift operations• Mastered all dispatch duties for all shifts and learned Customs and Border Patrol document procedures• In charge of setting up and maintaining fuel pump information and controlling the reports needed to calculate State and Federal Fuel tax• Responsible for routing trucks and shipments to meet all appointment times and lockout deadlines• Utilized Crown Freight Manager System and trained new employees on how to enter shipments, figure shipment charges, create manifests, and assign drivers to loads• Dispatching required the ability to work in a stressful, time-sensitive environment to ensure all shipments were routed and delivered on time

• Moved freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers by hand and using trucks, tractors, and equipment.• Ability to load/unload high volumes of freight in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment• Extensive knowledge of airline paperwork and labels required to route freight correctly• Obtained Forklift certification after completion of training modules and exams• Obtained TSA certification is required to handle any type of air freight and bonded freight
