Primary responsibilities are responding to customer telephone inquires with the goal of first call resolution and processing data entry request relative to customer information. Monitors, troubleshoots and maintains the ATM network for operating issues involving failures. Troubleshoots customer concerns within assigned areas referring issues to senior technical support and account management teams. Take corrective action to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime utilizing Remedy and Bluezone software. Use Telnet to verify connectivity of routers and circuits. Escalates unplanned events to the shift supervisor and staff to ensure effective communication to the end users and account management teams as required. Ensures all service level agreements are achieved and provides detailed documentation during scheduled shift.
