As a member of Chapman’s senior management, I’ve developed numerous systems that enhance the efficiency of our project teams. Chapman’s custom project management/CRM system, which is used by both office and field staff, tracks and documents all aspects of more than 300 construction jobs and leads per year in addition to 7,000 client and subcontractor contacts.As the leader of Chapman’s marketing group, I’ve spearheaded two website redesigns while writing articles, email marketing pieces, and web copy, as well as designing ads, brochures, and signage.

Quickly implemented a number of cost-effective systems improvements. Revamped office network to improve performance and provide remote construction site access, developed online collaboration systems for project teams and an in-house project estimating system.

Managed Lyra's IT systems and staff through a period of explosive growth and developed online market research services subscribed to by corporations including Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, and Canon. Participated in sales efforts, and performed on-site training and support for clients across the US.
