This leadership role involves overseeing the operations of diverse product portfolio of medical devices and ensuring the organisation is running as well as possibly can, with a scalable and efficient process that meets the expectations and needs of customers. Essential duties include, site leadership, continuous improvement, inventory & materials management, warehousing & order fulfilment.

Plan & direct the full spectrum of daily manufacturing operations in this 35,000 sq. ft. facility with 10 machines. Responsible for production, employee development, change management, safety, quality, service & cost goals. Manage various projects throughout the facility from conception to completion to enhance production, eliminate errors & reduce waste. Oversee all employee relations including hiring, training, disciplining & advancement for a staff of 80 employees across two shifts.
