About Derek Arrowsmith
I started a concert promotion, event management company in 1998 and have produced and or co-produced well over 500 concerts across Canada and US featuring bands and artists from all over the world. From Roger's Arena to Arts Club Lounge, the size and scope of the shows were all dealt in the same professional manner. Every attention to detail was always in place. Every aspect of event management was managed and overlooked by me. Talent Buying, promotion, ticketing, hiring production staff, marketing, immigration, sound and lights , backline etc for each particular show.Grew some artists or bands from a hundred tickets sold to 3,000 tickets. Produced and Co-Produced many shows in Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Orpheum, Roger's Arena, Commodore Ballroom, Telus Conference Center (Whistler) and also produced and managed multiple Festivals in Vancouver and Whistler. Have incredible relationships with the biggest talent agency agencies in the world and my entire existence revolves around music, production and most importantly the fans that attend the shows.....
