I oversee Breckpoint Insurance Company, LLC which is a protected cell captive insurance company domiciled in the state of Tennessee. Our captive facility is unique because we are able to offer multiple self-funded opportunities to all sizes of employers to self-fund both employee benefits and property casualty lines. We offer a range of medical products, but our most popular one revolves around a unique referenced based pricing model that vastly reduces the spend for healthcare. We have also developed a workers' comp, general liability, auto liability, and auto physical damage captive model fronted by the Hartford. This is a unique model as we consider it a hybrid group captive where each member stands alone and has special reinsurance contracts to add additional protection. We continue to innovate in the self-funded space to give employers options outside of commercial carrier coverages.
