Advise officers and employees on critical legal questions in the fields of contract law, construction law, real estate law, employee benefits law, mergers and acquisitions law, supply chain law, and regulatory compliance. Draft and review complex legal documents such as asset purchase agreements, mergers and acquisition agreements, master construction agreements with accompanying scopes of work, loan and bonding instruments, nondisclosure agreements, subordination agreements, and federal grant award agreements.
