-Developed, hired and mentored a photo/video production team consisting of nine employees. Cultivated an environment where my employees felt enabled and empowered resulting in a healthy work environment and thus doubling our video output.-Oversaw production of 900+ workout videos annually, in addition to hundreds of photo/video marketing and social assets in studio and on location.-Responsible for the team's adherence to a multi-million dollar annual budget. Negotiated a uniform pay scale for freelance crews cutting costs by 12% ultimately saving thousands of dollars on our cost per video.-Innovated a new category on the fitness platform by shooting a 30+ min. short film called "Trail of the Dead" that shot up to the 5th most popular series on the bike platform. This unique experience has a 4.8/5 star rating of over 4,000 ratings and received over 1,000 positive comments in just the first month of launching to consumers. This made the "Trail of the Dead" the most consumer-engaging launch of any series on the platform.-Filmed a proof of concept on a state-of-the-art 180° LED volume set using tech similar to how The Mandalorian was made.

-Built a new groundbreaking iFIT content department from the ground up and grew paid subscriber membership from 10,000 to 1.3 million within two years. -Designed and built a 30,000 sq ft studio at headquarters, and a 10,000 sq ft studio off campus consisting of multiple high-end home sets, 30’ video wall, cyclorama, and fully functioning kitchen sets.-Pioneered iFIT’s premier global POV content experience with proof of concept testing including the creation of a new process to film the first-ever immersive and interactive fitness experience.-Filmed weekly group fitness and 1:1 studio content for 10 different modalities. Popularity of the content resulted in being filmed in nine different languages and distributed to consumers around the world.-Developed B2B relationship with Planet Fitness during the Covid19 pandemic that launched 300+ long form videos exclusively on their new mobile app allowing the company to thrive while gyms were shut down.-Established a reliable pool of 120+ professional production crews and production companies.
