Lead and managed a team of Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers to deliver timely, high quality solutions to Fixed Income Trading, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, and Operations departments. Work with Senior Leadership to establish business and technology strategies by conducting vendor analysis managing relationships and contracts with consultants.
