I focus my practice on various intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, and drafting patentability and infringement opinions. My experience includes prosecuting and drafting patent applications in a multitude of technologies which include consumer electronics, semiconductor devices, signal compression and encoding schemes, computer hardware and software, communications systems, audio and video processing, display technologies, medical devices, aerospace and automotive components and business methods. I have been involved in post grant proceedings and am skilled in appellate procedures before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The clients I represent range from individual inventors to Fortune 50 companies. As a result of client nomination, I was named a 2018 BTI Client Service All-Star.
