Having been involved in the civil engineering construction industry for almost 30 years I have a wide range of experience in civil engineering construction management, tendering and estimating, strategy, risk management and general business management. I also have specialist skills in foundations, piling, marine construction and ground improvement operations in New Zealand.More recently I have lead a significant programme of work (capex in excess of $30m) refreshing/replacing the business and project systems across the Construction and Housing divisions of Fletcher Building. These have included implementing a replacement financial system (JDE) and tidying up payroll and time and attendance systems.
