We offer one-on-one coaching, private and group training, and adventure based personal growth presentations and workshops in performance and leadership.How We Got StartedIn 1997, Derek Bindner was working as an executive/close protection specialist (Bodyguard), when he was charged with leading a group of seven operatives during a labour dispute in the Niagara region. Without any special training, Derek had a huge challenge on his hands with great responsibility. Call it luck or skill, but the mission was successful, and Derek’s “real life” leadership journey began. he vowed to never let his team members work in the field without the proper leadership training and skills to ensure mission success. Later, in the same year, Derek founded Bindner Academy, a lifestyle and leadership training company that coaches individuals, executives, companies and organizations locally, nationally and internationally.Bindner Academy exists to motivate, equip and inspire people to optimum levels of performance in life. We are driven to help transform mindsets by empowering people to step out of their comfort zone and into their greatness zone.Bindner Academy will instill well-being, confidence and belief in our clients and students, and fulfill the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of it's clients.
