In 2001, I moved to be Deputy Chief Executive of Sainsbury's Bank where I also held an approved person role. In this role I was responsible for HR, IT, Risk (credit, market, and operational), Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, and regulatory relations.In HBOS, I implemented shared services for a portfolio of back office processes including Information Management, and have used my influencing skills, and core strength of entrepreneurial spirit in taking personal responsibility for turning radical ideas into cost effective new service propositions.
