I am a professional Operations Executive with a great track record in a variety of profit accountable roles with extensive experience in customer service, sales, marketing, operations, e-commerce, risk, and information management. I have demonstrated strong natural leadership in successfully developing and executing several visionary strategies in complex operating environments.After completing professional banking qualifications, I progressed through a range of management roles in branch banking including customer relationship management, sales, operations, and credit risk, covering Corporate, Commercial and Retail customers.I developed my marketing expertise as Head of Savings and Money Transmission product management where I had responsibility for building profitable retail liabilities. In 2001, I moved to be Deputy Chief Executive of Sainsbury's Bank where I also held an approved person role. In this role I was responsible for HR, IT, Risk (credit, market, and operational), Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, and regulatory relations.In HBOS, I implemented shared services for a portfolio of back office processes including Information Management, and have used my influencing skills, and core strength of entrepreneurial spirit in taking personal responsibility for turning radical ideas into cost effective new service propositions.
