Macroom

POWDER LABTested baby formula samples for fat & protein levels, density, wettability, scorch, sediment, moisture, flecks and WFN using a variety of testing methods. When applicable I added dry lactose and / or re-work to the system. SAPACFilled 1000kg bags with base powder in a semi-automated, clean room environment. Obtained samples from each bag to be tested in powder labs. Scanned bags, recorded statistics in WISE system, labelled, sealed and prepared bags for warehouse storage and shipping.WAREHOUSELoaded and unloaded trailers and racking. Tested residual oxygen levels in selected bags. Tested dummy seals on bags to ensure bags are airtight.

Bishopstown, Cork

Built coils for non-invasive surgery for aneurisms in the neurovascular system. Inspected coils under microscope for kinks, irregular winds, contamination and stretches. Worked as part of a team on a production line. Heat-sealed the leading edge of the coil to prevent injuries.

Was a family run construction company. We specialised in extensions, renovations and attic conversions. We also catered to commercial builds. Trained Apprentices and oversaw the day to day runnings of all site activities.
