• Preparation of project specific OHS, Quality and Environmental documentation for the Site Supervisor.• Coach site staff and drive improvement in the implementation site OHS, Quality and Environmental processes.• Monitor and ensure site activities are compliance with Project Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan.• Conduct OHS Inspections to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements.• Report all incidents and prepare incident reports.• Planning and coordination of site activities (in conjunction with the site supervisor) to maximise productivity ;• Procure materials and services in a timely manner;• Attend site inspections and prepare estimates and submissions for works under the Contract.;• Monitor field productivity against budget and identify and take action where targets are not being met.• Understand and monitor the project(s) scope to ensure variations are identified and that the required contractual notices are issued to the client so as to protect Diona’s commercial entitlements.• Submit variation notifications and valuations in accordance with the contract requirements and obtain client approval of the costs• Manage Subcontract works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and Diona’s policy and procedures.• Review and approve Subcontract and Supplier invoices and claims;• Produce reports as required by the Project and Senior Management;• Liaise with the Clients Representative to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues;
