Oversee, as well as complete weekly payroll for over 150 employees, which includes making sure employees are at the correct job sites, that those employees are working the correct scheduled time, and finally that the employees are clocking in/out properly. A separate part of this responsibility is to monitor and report all attendance policies of all employees. I assist in the running the entire security division of NSG Inc., which is more than 22 accounts with over 150 employees, and we are growing rapidly, monthly. I set up, plan, organize, and provide security/escorts for high end celebrities, sports figures, and high level clients monthly. I plan, organize, and provide security for corporate and special events; large and small. I speak directly to customers/clients in setting up meet times, and different requests some high end clients may have. Daily, I speak to the customers we have and make sure we are doing the best that we can to fulfill their needs. I create multiple spreadsheets, training materials, and various memorandums for the positive management of my employees. I also choose to visit various sites to answer and support my employees regularly to make sure we are up to date on training, that our post orders are current at varying sites, and that we look professional as a whole. I make sure my employees are taken care, and do my best that the division runs the best in the company.

Uprooted Consulting is a unique opportunity. This is where I had learned business management, marketing, interviewing/training, and how to run your own business. I really had the opportunity to take on team management overseeing up to 10 employees everyday during this tenure. Conducted well over 50 face to face interviews, as well as over 500 hours of one on one training with different individuals. Ran meetings in front of groups of 50+ people weekly. The biggest learning tool of all was getting the chance to do face to face sales for a 19 billion dollar company daily with different businesses. I had the chance to deal with my customers face to face, and fix any problems that they had. I would check on my previous customers weekly, and made sure all my customers business' were running smoothly. I had learned immensely about Customer Service, and learned to excel at it.

Led in new members multiple months, while also helping other divisions at the same time. The second half of my tenure, I was more on the Customer Service side of the gym. I dealt with customers in person, as well as on the phone. Any questions, or problems that people were having, I would do my best to facilitate to their needs, while completing the problem. I supervised over 15 people at a time, while using my leadership skills to push the employees to give it their best.
