Maintaining returns and repairs from the field through diagnosis and repair. Aiding in production, machining pieces with lathes and other production centers and processing metals through anodizing and other treatments. I build around 25-50 circuit boards by hand for production as well. I am also a travel tech and go to many different places around the country diagnosing and solving onsite. I was part of the largest RNG project in the world with Archaea energy installing our actuators at a site in Scranton, PN. I am well skilled at soldering and circuitry repair.

Moved back to this role in Feb 2017. Same role as before with Hilti in service and repair. Inventory management, preventive maintenance, and training of new technicians added to previous responsibilities. Very quick to learn new systems and standards applied while I was gone in my role in California.

Maintain, repair, preventive maintenance on 30+ machines. I installed an inventory system to establish inventory control, trends on usage and any. Created a preventive maintenance program for all machines, developed PM actions, limited downtime and provided assistance to operators Coordinating contractors on jobs outside my scope and following up with PO’s and financials afterwards was also my responsibilities. Applied LEAN principles to the maintenance department.

Diagnosis, tear down, and repair of all Hilti tools. Very skilled in electrical and mechanical systems having apprenticed under an electrical/mechanical engineer in a previous job. I have formal training in Lichtenstein and was the heavy diamond technician for North America. I have also been trained in LEAN and began installing those principles in the Tulsa RC before accepting my role in Cypress where I applied it there as well. Trained in inventory management through excel and SAP in the form of daily counts, adjustments, and storage. Maintained great numbers having control of my own area’s counts.

Complete assembly of industrial actuators. Machining gearboxes, building surface mount circuit boards, wiring harnesses, electrical testing, load testing, and designing new templates and jigs to help workflow. Intro into inventory management, creating part numbers, tracking stock and use.
