A proven security professional with over 21 years of related in field and management experience. I began my career with Wackenhut security Services in 1997 in Ottawa. I then progressed to a major retail location as part of the in house uniformed security unit. In 2006 I transitioned to Ottawa Community Housing's community safety services unit. In 2011 I moved onto working with GardaWorld protective services and progressed through the levels of management from Site Supervisor in 2011 upwards until 2016 where I was a senior Branch Manager. In 2016 I moved to GardaWorld's Cash in Transit services as Branch Manager of their Gatineau location.In 2017 I left GardaWorld to explore an opportunity with the Ontario public sector where I currently hold the title of Administrative Assistant, Ontario Disability Support Program with the Children, Community and Social Services. I consider myself to be a forward thinker and have a strong ability to deliver exceptional client and customer service. I am able to think outside of the box to address client needs to ensure that the best possible service delivery is attained. Throughout my longstanding employment history I have developed many skill sets and abilities from front line security and investigations work to human resources managment and recruitment best practices.
