AboutEffective Project Solutions Ltd delivers a single point enhanced solution in engineering disciplines in manufacturing, automation, packaging and life sciences. My specific role is to provide a single point of integration and deliverables for our client’s. More specifically my role / key contribution areas have been:MES implementation Project Manager – Managing the introduction of MES (Camstar) into a client’s facility. Supporting all business areas ensuring product and processes for the implementation were understood. Overseeing the implementation team tasks were planned, tracked and executed as per the Project plan.Senior Business Analyst, Core MES Deployment - GSK: Enhanced Primary and Secondary manufacturing/packaging processes to complement electronic systems, working closely with individual sites to challenge and optimise business processes. Business proving of the EBRS solution, feeding back changes/gaps to the core design team. Acted as an onsite MES expert in Melbourne, Australia, improving communication and up skilling MES site members. Collaborated with the site leadership team to implement a cut over strategy, minimising disruption to production. Rationalised the sampling/IPC strategy for all packaging lines by analysing historical data and conducting FMEAs.Technical Lead, MES – Merck Sharp & Dohme: Acted as the on-site technical authority and project lead for the full lifecycle design, configuration and implementation of the MES solution. Gathered, analysed and translated site business and technical information into specific user requirements, collaborating with the Centre of Excellence MES team to ensure site requirements were met. Maintained communication with all project stakeholders throughout delivery from preparation of validation documentation and validation master plan through to system PQ.MES Engineer – Large Medical/Pharmaceutical Client, Ireland: Implemented Camstar MES, with involvement from initial requirements gathering, through to technical brief development, managing project communications and collaborating with the Core Global MES team to meet site requirements.
