As Chief Operating Officer, I control all aspects of the products and suppliers that cycle through the 90 franchised retail store chain. These include product and brand selection, merchandising plans, marketing planning, inventory management, promotional buys and supplier programs. I currently manage Home Appliances, Video, large and small Audio, Headphones, Furniture and accessories for all of these categories. I deal with all major brands like Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Bosch, Sony, Panasonic and Sharp.

I was hired back from my year at Future Shop to head up A&B Sounds Purchasing & Marketing departments. My responsibilities included brand management, inventory management, supplier management and employee management. I was also responsibly for sales, margins, profits , purchasing budgets and marketing spend for the entire chain.

As Senior Merchandise Manager of Future Shops Home Theatre division, I was in charge of all business operations of all Home Theatre retail products. In addition to managing sales and profits I also selected and controlled products, suppliers, merchandise floor plans, commission structure, marketing and inventory forecasting. I dealt with all major audio brands like Denon, Yamaha, Pioneer and Bose etc to name a few.
