Current- Coordinate the Global Program Schedule across the Patient Recovery Program- Work with each of the OUS regional Global Program Managers, Global Functional Integration Team Leads, Regional Solution Owners and Release planning for each of the regions (EMEA, APAC, Japan and Freeport) to coordinate activities surrounding (Development, Integration Testing, Release Planning, Cutover Planning and Hyper-Care planning) for each TSA exit.- Maintain the Program Mid-Level Timeline; maintain a schedule and list of key milestones for critical activities that have dependencies across regions- Ensure that estimating and project planning are completed in a consistent way across the OUS regions- Plan and facilitate the APAC-Japan-Freeport Program Governance Team business and IT executive leadership meeting on a weekly basis- Gather, consolidate and distribute the Program Status Report
