Task Force (CTF) 66 will drive innovation, development, and acceleration of asymmetric capabilities in support of Allies and partners across the European and African theaters. The task force staff consists of 40 military and civilian personnel based at Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy.CTF 66 will leverage collaboration between the government, industry and academia – including pairing operational tacticians with international experts to accelerate development and fielding of new systems at scale:- Unmanned – integrate all-domain unmanned systems (UxS) across the joint force, Coalition, Allies, and partner nations.- Maritime Domain Awareness – support multinational efforts to address transnational issues like illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUUx) activities.- All-Domain – drive operations to integrate capabilities across information, space, cyber, sea, air, and land domains enabled by UxS.The task force will work closely with the Navy Disruptive Capabilities Office (DCO) on rapid experimentation and prototyping. It will also work with Naval Postgraduate School’s Naval Innovation Center (NIC) established by SECNAV on ways to accelerate technology solutions and applications.

-Provided daily administrative support including project planning, presentation creation, flow chart mapping, process/guideline development, calendar maintenance, business events and support to other staff initiatives and projects as necessary to provide meaningful results and achieve shared organizational goals. This position required poise, tact and diplomacy while working with multiple, complex tasks across geographies, time zones, and cultures.

Naval Air Station, Oceana. Virginia Beach, Va

-Responsible for the daily operations, scheduling, performance assessment, data analysis and prioritization of a managed pipeline of 50 student naval aviators, 45 instructors, 30 subcontractors, and 52 aircraft. Totaling more than 40,500 flights, 12,550 simulator events, and 1,575 academic classes with a 98% completion rate.-Provided initial, as well as recurrent, aircraft / flight simulation training and development in the major skill areas of Strike, Close Air Support, Basic Fighter Maneuvers, and All Weather Intercepts-Served as the F/A-18 Super Hornet Demonstration Team lead for two straight years, responsibilities included team member selection, flight profile standardization, venue selection and Air Show performance. Additionally was the face of US Naval aviation impacting recruiting and retention targets across the U.S.

-Mission Commander with knowledge and specialized training in the operation of multi-million dollar equipment to include tactical sensors and classified weapon systems. -Demonstrated ability to solve complex and time-critical problems in a dynamic, task saturated work environment. Strong engineering and integration experience with multifaceted systems including network and operational infrastructures.-Conducted over 1,000 tactical flight hours and multiple combat deployments in support of national tasking.-Planned, briefed, and executed combat missions and international training exercises as the flight lead in various environments globally
