I was licensed to practice law in South Korea in 2004 and in the state of New York in 2014. After serving as JAG officer in the Republic of Korea Army from 2004 to 2007, I started my professional career at Shin & Kim in 2007, and was promoted to partner in 2014. My main areas of practice include antitrust, M&A, inbound/outbound investments, Virtual Asset, NFT, and corporate general matters. In addition, I had served as the vice president of international affairs at Seoul Bar Association from 2018 to 2019. I also had served as the vice president of international affairs at Korean Bar Association from 2019 to 2021.
