I am currently working for the St. Louis Blues as a contract to hire position through TEKsystems.

Primary responsibilities included: Repairing and refurbishing equipment, configuring and testing new and existing systems using Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems. Assisted with help desk as required. Contributed to the productivity and efficient operation of the department, achieving the department's goal of 100% uptime and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between the Hospital's Information Systems Department and the various end user departments. Installed, maintained and supported end user's desktops and various peripheral devices using Windows 7, Windows XP and Windows XP operating systems. Types of equipment supported included desktop PC workstations, laptops, notebooks, printers, PDA's and scanners. Hardware and software issues were addressed on a daily basis. Maintained and updated work orders through the Hospital's "Remedy" software.

Assisted clients and financial advisors in solving problems with the following: laptops, computers, remote access, PDA's, computer software, printers, fax machines, telephones, network equipment and video equipment. Consistently met or exceeded call quality and quantity expectations. Researched client problems and responded to client, following up with further action, if needed. Assisted clients with end user support on Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
