Asset Integrity & PM Co-ordinator• Create and submit Material Transfers and Management of Change (MOC’s) in MWS database• Assume the lead role in divestment of idle equipment and source out equipment needs for projects with the help of facilities engineering team• Utilize MWS database to maintain an updated pipeline inventory with current status• Manage MWS database and coordinate with facilities engineering team to insure Corrective Action Report (CAR’s) are reconciled in a timely fashion, this included but is not limited to: signage, right-of-way inspections, cathodic maintenance and pigging programs• Develop and maintain a PM program for rotating equipment – responsible for: scheduling follow-up to insure work is being completed on time, tracking costs and savings and determine optimum service intervals• Work with Foreman to schedule all E & I PM, calibration requirements and schedule day to day activities for all maintenance activities• Work with Production Foreman and Lead Operator to develop and manage yearly budgets • Work with Lead Operator to ensure successful turnarounds• Review the annual tax assessment to find value and confirm accuracy Lead Operator • Responsible for operation of wells and facilities within Princess area• Supervise field operators in a professional manner• Coordinate work done by field service companies to repair problems on wells and facilities• Perform Fluid shots for optimization and informational purposes• Well optimization by speeding up or slowing down pumps• Take direction from Calgary office and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner• Data entry into PVR• Work with service companies and operators to minimize costs and sustain effectiveness • Mentor, assist and train operators • Supervise rod rigs• Work with Production Foreman and to develop and manage yearly budget for area of responsibility
