I worked in a number of operations roles gaining industry and process improvement expertise across the following areas (Asset Pricing, Trade Processing, Middle Office, Reconciliations and NAV Review).I was seconded offshore for c30% of this time to provide training, cut over and post go live support for migration of operations functions to Mumbai and Manila.

My role as correspondence team member involved investigating customer queries, making necessary adjustments to billing systems and preparing written responses.

I was a member of a funded two person team which visited 25 third level institutions across America to participate in public debates, deliver classroom seminars and act as ambassadors for the English Speaking Union.
