Assist our various customers locate replacement parts they are needing to repair the machines they are working on by using parts or service manuals as well as machine history files, build of materials lists and blue print drawings. Work directly with our purchasing department to help better the arrival times for items that have been ordered from our vendors. Put orders on the system for customers so that we can get them the items they are in need of shipped out to them as quickly as possible.

Worked primarily with Vacall trucks. Built debris tanks, water tanks and tailgates on AJV, AE, AVRB and AS/AC models. Worked with the truck chasis on the AVRB, AS/AC and D-152/154 models by altering frame and suspension, installing power module units, installing all hydraulic hosing and performing all electrical wiring needed in order for all aftermarket components to function properly. Also worked on Gradall excavators build operator cabs for all models currently in production.

Managed all aspects of the Auto Center section of the store on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Assisted customers with the services that they want/need and ensure that their vehicle is repaired and back on the road within their expected time frame. Hired all Auto Center staff plus trained and coached each one to ensure that they are interacting with the customer according to the company's standards and also providing the best possible customer service. Creating a department weekly working schedule reflecting the business'​ forecast. Managed unit inventory and ordered all of unit's supplies and merchandise.
