As Vice President of Finance I managed all activities relating to accounting, treasury, human resources and information technology. I joined Fleming just two weeks prior to the COVID pandemic and helped the Company address financial and operational issues caused by the pandemic while also implementing processes for cash flow forecasting, month-end closing and reporting requirements, and job costing among others.

I worked in the Debt Capital Markets Group with a focus on sponsor-backed Leveraged Finance transactions. I executed over $1 billion in left lead transactions across several debt products including: pro rata term loans, ABL, first lien and second lien term loans, delayed draw term loans, and mezzanine debt.Transactions included both public and private companies across a wide range of industries with EBITDA ranging from $15 million to $200+ million.

I evaluated and executed a broad array of domestic and international transactions in the Sponsors and Leisure, Gaming & Lodging coverage effort. I worked on a wide variety of products including: Debt Capital Markets (leveraged loans and bonds), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Private Placements, and M&A transactions.I also achieved "top-bucket" ranking as an associate and was selected to run summer associate recruiting for the LA office.

I led the development of a single family rental pilot program. I also conducted financial analysis and due diligence on distressed commercial real estate, residential real estate, and non-performing loans.
