Completed a very successful ERP implementation at Port of London Authority.

After a very successful implementation of Unit4's One Vision programme, which has now been handed over to the business I am now available for projects immediately.I am based in Worcester, UK but willing to travel both in the UK and internationally.

• Project Director to deliver a global template solution of Finance, HR, Professional Services Automation, Resource Management and Contracts Management across 34 Clients and 20 countries and manage the outsourcing of transactional functions to a Shared Service Centre for Unit4 Business Software Ltd using the company’s own software product UBW MS5• Managing a team of 45 internal and external international resources including 4 Project Managers responsible for the delivery of the solution in 4 Waves• Responsible for the Implementation and Cutover Planning and Budgetary control of each Wave rollout• The programme was a re-launch of a previous programme with the same objectives, but only delivered to 4 countries.• Helped to develop and implement a methodology to validate the global processes, compare current working methods against the new global processes to identify where practices would change and variations for legal, fiscal or statutory reasons were justified.• The justifiable variations to the global template were put through formal change control with impact analysis, business case and review with tracking until closed. • Member of the Change Control board and owner of the Change Request log• Applying build, configuration and implementation management controls to manage the various country implementations and client builds.• Supporting the data migration team and test team for integrated systems testing and user acceptance testing prior to deployment.• Cut over planning and business continuity planning for both the ERP solution and early implementation of the business process outsourcing to the Shared Service Centre in Poland provided by Capgemini a Unit4 partner.• Worked as part of the programme leadership team directing the delivery focused elements of the programme and reporting progress to the Unit4 executive committee
