Worked closely with my regional team, the larger region Specialist, and occasionally other regions to ensure timely and effective service.Trained in Remisol hardware and limited software functions and troubleshooting (Informatics), the DxH and LH 500/700 product lines (Hematology), the DxC Product lines (Chemistry), the Access 2 (Immunoassay), the Ax4030, DxU, and Iris product lines (Urinalysis), Proservice (Remote troubleshooting and prevention). Familiar with LIS communications between the above items and the Hospital LIS, and troubleshooting the LIS communications of the same. Familiar with writing reports for any service provided to meet both company and FDA requirements. Familiar with reading technical documentation to understand the systems of each of the above devices, the reagents associated, and the Electrical and Pneumatic/Hydraulic schematics involved with each analyzer.
