-Oversee the Buying Division of the largest pre-owned volume Ford automotive group in the country and the #1 buyer of Ford Motor Credit wholesale inventory. -Supply three regional used car retail locations with a total of 5,000 pre-owned units a year, totaling in an annual spend of over $130 million, generating $180+ million in sales. -Analyze data & ongoing market conditions to effectively manage vehicle acquisition, vehicle stocking goals, segment mix, unit volume, turn, showroom activity, front-end gross, back-end gross, reconditioning expenses, retail parent deal probability/gross, wholesale parent deal probability/gross and overall group profitability. -Pioneered and continually maintain a proprietary, cutting-edge vehicle acquisition technology to ensure a competitive market advantage in the evaluation of 175,000+ used vehicles a year.-Monitor credit lines, pricing, turn & digital retailing of $40 million in rolling inventory. -Organize a nationwide team of in-lane buyers, holding them accountable to established individual unit values and control $2 million in associated buy fees. -Partner with Canadian importers, evaluate & project the individual unit value of over 1,000 pre-owned imports per year, track import/titling processes & coordinate release timelines with available floorplan in order to distribute value to four retail locations. -Screen sold activity on a daily basis across all three dealerships in order to establish inventory needs & implement dynamic pricing that optimizes front-end gross. -Maximize gross on multi-million dollar used-vehicle wholesale contribution on 2,000 pre-owned vehicles sourced from three retail locations.-Synthesize internal & market data to effectively order & manage $60 million in new inventory a year, across four different retail locations. -Control an annual transportation spend of $2 million dollars.

- Oversaw and managed the Midwest’s largest Nike grassroots youth basketball program featuring over 300 participants from 7 different states.- Produced over 125 men’s college basketball scholarship recipients, including 60+ NCAA Division I Players, generating $28.3 million in valued scholarship assistance. - Grew the organization’s annual budget by 215% and drove revenue by 219% from 2012 to 2018, including a 101% increase in Corporate Sponsorship & Individual Donations. - Planned, coordinated & communicated travel, practice schedules, gym time, meals, academic assistance and programming for 70 elite level High School athletes on annual basis.- Served as Managing Partner and secured municipal grant funding for the organization's fundraising interest in three of the nation's premier youth basketball tournaments (Hardwood Events), featuring over 500 teams from across the country.

Teacher – 7th Grade Intensive Math – Northwestern Middle School- Selected as one of 4,493 from a pool of 46,359 applicants to become a member of an outstanding corps of college graduates who commit to teach in under-resourced public schools in low-income communities and become lifelong leaders in a vast range of careers. - Implemented and refined math curriculum based on benchmark data that led 120 non-proficient students to a 73.4% mastery of state standards in 2010-2011.- Guided 86.8% of students to earning significant academic learning gains and increased the amount of proficient students by 10% from the previous year as measured by Florida’s Comprehensive Assessment Test.
