Work in tandem with the Networking Team to ensure IP information is in place within central management platform. Perform cutovers and support the Network team and troubleshoot should the need arise. Coordinate and function as part of a team consisting of integrations, cutovers to SDWAN, upgrade firewall OS software to integrate and use certain necessary functions and features, build, configure and deploy firewalls as-needed. Projects are on-going.

● My time with HIC Network Security Solutions was primarily spent obtaining certifications, maintaining certification compliance with Partners / Vendors via course completions, attending training sessions and so forth.● Partner events were attended in NYC Metro area.● While working with HIC, I obtained the Citrix Certified Professional – Networking Certification as well as the Citrix Certified Sales Associate Certification and a plethora of other accreditations from other partners.

● Troubleshooting and QA of HTML 5 Ads, along with JS and Flash creative (no code editing done). This includes troubleshooting different macro implementations, discrepancies, redirect issues, etc. ● Provided support on a Tier 1 level while interfacing with clients via phone and email● User password resets are a given and were also performed within Atlas● In-depth experience with the Atlas Advertising Platform● Salesforce product was used for ticketing as well as being used for help and documentation purposes● SLA’s were met almost 100% of the time to ensure client satisfaction. This was to ensure availability for scheduled conference calls with the resultant teams whether they were Publishers or Advertisers.

● Worked alongside a Lead Technician on multiple T-Mobile cellular sites● Various cabinet configurations (ie. RBS 3106, RBS 6102 Hybrid Cabinet drops) include power upgrades, integrations and LMU (GPS) repositioning into the newly integrated cabinet. Power upgrades included installation of a new power unit and running 10 – 12 AWG copper wiring to the new power unit. ● Create and terminate T1 and LAN Cables within the cabinet. LAN cables were created using the 568B ethernet standard. Crossover cables were rarely if ever used in these types of cabinet configurations where straight through cables were dominant. ● Fiber was run via RF Crew from the Antennae into the cabinet and cable termination within the cabinet was done by a Wavsys technician. Any fiber pertaining to the Antenna that was run into the cabinet was terminated by the RF crew. All other single / multimode fiber cable was run to its respective unit (ie. GSM, LTE)● Instructions provided via T-Mobile and Ericsson were followed to ensure proper installation of all power, data (Fiber), T1 lines, surge protection cabling and other cabling.● Per cabling (T1 and LAN), fiber was run to their respective units within the cabinet to ensure the technologies (ie. GSM and LTE) were up and running. The lead technician would then connect to and configure the cabinet while the helper would create and submit reports promptly and effectively.

● Performed Machine Imaging via Norton Ghost as well as Hardware Diagnostics prior to machine imaging.● Performed hardware repair, installation and replacements following proper RMA with Dell, Inc.● Software troubleshooting (On-Site client walk-ins and Remote sessions via LANDesk Software) was performed for select or client specific applications such as Microsoft Office itself or add-ins, dll problems and the like● Application installation was performed remotely from the helpdesk to the client machine via LANDesk Software. ● Network Printer troubleshooting, installation of proper drivers and repair (LANDesk and some On-Site work) ● Desktop setup assignments (Installing Docking stations, cabling, monitors and peripheral devices per supervisors’ instructions)
