Helping to consolidate newly devolved management structure which I had recommended in Project One 2016-17. Mentoring staff in nascent regional Rule of Law centres in governance, leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning and staff appraisal processes.

Developing and leading the ACCC's Indigenous Consumer Strategy changing the approach from a complaints driven approach to new strategies for engaging with Indigenous consumers (including social media, employment of Indigenous staff and community visits) and investigating consumer protection contraventions, seeking court remedies where necessary.Leading the ACCC’s work in the Northern Territory over two decades, ensuring that work in this remote office is aligned with, and adds value to, the strategic objectives of the ACCC. Major Court cases won under my direction include fines against Bet 365 for Misleading and Deceptive Conduct in promotions to attract new customers (2016), EDirect Misleading and Deceptive conduct in the sale of mobile phone plans to Indigenous consumers (2008, 2012), Peter Foster and Chaste Corporation Resale Price Maintenance and Misleading and Deceptive Conduct, including wide injunction, and ultimately leading to successful cotempt proceedings against Mr Foster (2005, 2006), Unconsionable Conduct in the promotion of educational products to Aboriginal communities establishing a precedent for systemic unconscionable conduct (Keshow 2005)2015), Price fixing of Alcohol products by Woolworths SA, The Arnhem Club Pty Ltd and the Walkabout Tavern (2003)
