Staff turnover in my department was the lowest in the group.• Performance of the operating teams and my management of outsourcing contributed to the Irish business achieving the highest operating margin in the Kantar Group.• I helped revamp the broadcast offering. The technological and process changes implemented increased revenues dramatically while the cost decreased.

I helped found MediaMarket, a media monitoring and media intelligence company, in January 2002.The company achieved very impressive financial growth and was acquired by TNS in 2008.
