With over 10 years of work experience in logistics management and operational planning, I am a Regional Safety Manager at Blair Logistics, a leading provider of transportation and warehousing services. In this role, I oversee the safety and compliance of over 200 drivers and 200 trucks, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. I also coordinate with the Orientation Manager, the Operational Specialist, and the Fleet Manager to provide training, support, and guidance to the drivers and the staff. I leverage my skills and expertise in military logistics, which I acquired during my eight years of service as a CPT and a Quartermaster Officer in the US Army, where I managed the transportation and distribution of supplies and equipment for a battalion of over 600 soldiers. I am passionate about improving the efficiency, reliability, and safety of logistics operations, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at Blair Logistics.
