Assisted with staffing and merchandizing new Crocs Inc. retail store in Panama City Beach, Fl. Co-managed Panama City Beach store while plans were being finalized to open Destin location, where I was to be store manager. Store opening has been postponed indefinitely.

Goal setting and plan implementation of my sales team. Tracking of finances for weekly and monthly sales goals. Recruitment and training of team members. Merchandising and maintaining feel of sales areas for customers.

Held the temporary MSM (multi-store manager) position for 6 months while manager training took place. Successfully coordinated a district-wide conversion project in the fall of 2005. Responsibilities beyond daily operations include recruitment and hiring of employees, evaluation of inventory, merchandising, and guest service.

Increased store inventory and expanded merchandise purchases. Held new employee orientation for multiple stores within the district.
