I have many years’ quality experience in the telecommunications, electronics and information technology sectors, including over 8 years with Telstra Business Solutions providing technical support (clients and staff),technical training, testing and service roles. I founded Premier Cabling Australia, a specialist provider of communications and antennae services and products to residential and commercial clients. Since Jan 2015 I have been providing IT support and solutions to Government contract internal and external clients. My technical skills are complemented by numerous qualifications, as are my sales and people handling skills. I enjoy keeping up with the changes in the work place, I am currently researching Role Based Access deployment, recently completed formal ITIL foundations and renewed my training qualifications to the latest Cert IV TAE40110 , Updated Apple Mac Skills - Completing macOS Support Essentials and iOS Deployment courses I have developed strong, people-management and handling abilities in my diverse senior roles, as Manager, Proprietor and as a recruiter / careers counsellor .Currently working in a school I have setup a full ITIL based help desk system with interactive web reporting for staff , worked on and project managed - major and minor network upgrades, CCTV security upgrades, servers / virtual servers , software testing and deployment, 'change management' and training from Win 7 to Win 10 , asset management and much more.
