I have been working in the customer service and retail fields for most of my time. In 2020, I decided there was a need for change. I needed to fulfill my love for technology. Currently, I apply all of my excellent work ethic and strong people skills towards my career in the IT field. Organizations will benefit from me by having someone who is reliable, always learning, growing, and eager to raise the bar. I will help an organization achieve their goals by following proper implementation and maintenance across all network devices that I touch. When I am unfamiliar with something, I am honest, and do my due diligence to collaborate with team members or use my research skills to find the answer I’m looking for. When my work is done, organizations should be able to expect it to be very tidy, and done with much pride. I am working towards expanding my certifications throughout the years; not only in keeping my certificates up to date, but also achieving network professional level credentials in multiple areas of expertise.
