Took long established family firm through various stages from the introduction of property letting software through to the diversification into furnished lettings and the property management of blocks of flats for owner / occupiers also known as factoring in Scotland. Built on already strong family business name and reputation. Sold business in Feb 2012 to a group of investors and took the opportunity to diversify and build a self catering business and a property letting portfolio.

General background in auctioneering and office finance leading to forming part of the team that introduced and established the business as one of Scotlands first companies to have computerised auctioneering accounts. Livestock markets originally in Edinburgh, Dalkeith and St Boswells.
