I'm working for a startup company researching and designing a system to obtain accurate position and time using GPS in an indoor, or low signal strength settings. My responsibilities include maintaining the lab, and doing general research to further develop our product. This ranges from taking measurements, getting demo equipment road worthy, as well as analysis of the data I collect.

Some Projects I've accomplished:• Built and designed a 15 Watt Class A tube guitar amplifier. Using a 350 V power transformer, a 12AX7 Ruby, 6L6GC, and a High Impedance Audio transformer connected to a 12 inch 8 ohm Peavey speaker. We plan to be developing digital controls from a smart phone with the implementation of several analog effects, which can be assigned to buttons on a foot pedal.• Experience using Altium software to build PCB’s. • Designed applications using Java and XML in eclipse for the Android OS. • Programmed an FPGA Development board as a Hardware Accelerator to handle a DES (Data Encryption Standard) written in both Assembly code and Verilog.• Built and programmed a robot with an accelerometer based remote control using a Arduino microcontroller (System Design and Steps for debugging complex systems.)• Built a brain sensing device that connects to a camera application on an Android smart-phone that controls zoom and taking pictures through facial activity. (EEG sensor and Bluetooth transmitting using Arm M0 microcontroller)
