Masters degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with static/dynamic, vibration and fatigue lifing experience in gas turbines and structures. I have over a decade of knowledge in analysis and certification of Rolls-Royce jet engines, as well as more recent experience in both the aerostructures and the shipbuilding industries.Experienced in stress, fatigue lifing, vibration analysis (resonance avoidance and HCF endurance), design integrity assessments, design and material test validation, and project co-ordination, CAA and FAA certification procedures.Experienced user in FE codes: SC03, Hypermesh, Abaqus.
