Over 30 years experience in Marketing and Advertising. Worked with Unilever, factory floor Formica sales executive while studying , Colgate Palmolive in Sales and Marketing positions and Avery label as Marketing Director before starting own agency 'The Adcafe' formerly 'Introspec Marketing in 1988'. Grew agency to 16 staff and sold out. Started Promonotions in 1996 running concurrently with the AdCafe as the promotional arm of that business.Promonotions run as sideline business until early 2000 when company directors formed the PromoCafe Worldwide with two of the original partners of Lulirama who brought the Tazo phenomena to a worldwide audience. PromoCafe disbanded in November 2004 with original partners of Promonotions re-establishing the Promonotions name and business. Promonotions underwent major reconstruction as an agency in 2007 with a new corporate look and feel resulting in explosive growth both locally and internationally working with Nestle, Snack foods Australia, Goodman Fielder, Ferrero Rocher, Woolworths, Sanitarium NZ,Specialties: Creative development of promotional campaigns, Project management of in-pack promotional campaigns, Licensing recommendation and advice, Promotional packaging design and development, Logistics management and resources for implementing in-pack promotional campaigns including insertion at factory, industrial design of unique in-pack promotional pieces.
