After 1 year with End 2 End Technologies I was promoted to Assistant Team Lead for Mesa which included running a route assisting the team leaders when needed. On June 1st 2010 I earned a position as a Mesa Team Leader with a team of 22 technicians under me. My responsibilities were to make sure my team moral and team performance is at its top of their game. I also did Regular Quality Assurance checks and one on one coaching’s to ensure all technicians were able to do the work at hand. If additional training was needed I was to spend more time with that technician in the field. On March 1st 2011 I moved into the Commercial Business Department. My responsibilities now are to do phone installs up to 25 phone numbers (includes 25 twisted pair), internet installs with Static IP’s, prewiring of commercial buildings with Cat5 or Coax up to 500ft and maintain seven different accountabilities

I started with Cox Communications as a Field Technician performing installs and trouble calls for residential homes. While employed by Cox Communications I achieved many different awards with them, including top technician for a year straight and perfect attendance for one whole year. Within my first year I had been promoted to Assistant Team Lead where my responsibilities were, to assist my Team Leader with maintaining our team’s performance and building team moral. During that time I was put on a team of 2 that Cox called code red, this is where I took care of customers who had had too many trouble calls in a short period. We would ensure that we were the last Company they dealt with for that day in order to reduce these trouble calls.
