Bank is 4th largest SBA lender in the United States and 6th largest USDA B&I lender. - Oversee all credit and eligibility of loans in pipeline.- Manage the intake processes for loans coming into underwriting to ensure proper documentation has been received and eligibility requirements met.- Manage ordering and receipt of all 3rd party reports (CRE & RRE appraisals, business valuations, feasibility studies, Phase I & II environmental reports, equipment valuations, etc.).- Management of 35+ underwriters and support staff.- Oversee all credit presentation to the Bank's Loan Committee.- Voting member on bank's loan committee.- $2MM lending authority.- Works closely with the closing department to ensure all loans are closed efficiently and within SBA/USDA requirement.
