-Generally managing NPI activities in plant, it includes new products, new process, new material, etc-Managing team join in regular sustaining production, providing technical solutions so that orders can be produced and shipped out on time -Complete department standardization program, includes WIs , Procedures, Processes, PFMEAs -Managing all engineering changes, setup and practice ECM (Engineering Change Management) process, and practice this process to make sure all engineering changes will be identified and validated before implement -Leading team complete annual capacity ramp up plan, annual evaluate capacity vs demand, plan next year capacity plan 1). Specifying processes and document it , make all related operation be standardized as much as possible ,and scope can cover from capacity demand calculation , PR/PO, Shipment , installation and V&V , finally hand over to production 2). Optimizing machines configuration to realizing using less machines to producing more orders 3). Specifying standard processes managing status of 2 plants capacities vs demand ,and monitoring order forecast to adjust orders allocation in 2 sites 4). Define standard process to monitoring unit capacity of each lines -Monitoring production scrap rate as an Engineering’s KPIs, leading cross function teams trouble shooting to fix the issues -Leading team practicing new processes development capability to realizing more and more equipment and tools be localized 1) Setup new equipment/tools development procedure 2) Feasibility study and risk assessment 3) Providing process requirement to RFQ, reviewing and approve supplier’s solution 4) Prototype process setup and validation5) Deployment -Complete QMS system setup from engineering aspect, ensure all QMS activities of Engineering are robust when internal/external audit -Providing technical support to others team
