As my role grew to becoming the Admin for SCCM, Jamf, Okta, SCORCH, WSUS. and LAR for AD and Exchange. With my PowerShell scripting into Automation for my own systems and other systems in departments like HR, Finance, and Retail. Plus HelpDesk Tools that I developed for the support team I was moved to a level 2 position. I have worked on multiple singular project and multi-team projects. I utilized Okta for SSO with multiple custom applications with Incontact, Inkling, Spiritwear, and Vergic. I used PowerShell scripts to turn multiple manual tasks that turn jobs that could take up to 2 hours into a set and forget process.

My original responsibilities were administration of the System Center Suite. I built deployments of software and configurations with powershell. We use SCCM for image deployment integrated with MDT. SCCM also control WSUS and the maintenance windows for all of our servers in the environment. I also create baselines and reports within SCCM for monitoring and configuration changes. Then I was given responsibility of our LAR system and started scripting for AD rights and Exchange access. I created automated processes for executing task and monitoring. The next system that I was given control of was the jamf server. For deploying Mac OS and Mac software with bash scripting.

I perform technical support for 150+ store all across to United States. I worked with the level 1 and 2 support and gave them direction on issues and worked on escalations. I worked directly with multiple vendors for the support of the different stores. I was the lead on multiple projects such as: the updating of the current "gold image" that we use for our POS system, network upgrade that was done at all of our stores, and system upgrade and field test of all store’s POS systems before the holiday season started.

My main responsibility was the upkeep and to be a first responder to the CAE computer labs in Coliseum Main Campus. One was an open lab and the others were used for MyMathLab testing. I worked with DeepFreeze on all of our machines. We had a ghost server so I worked on creating computer images for different classrooms ranging from nursing department to the Information systems department. But now we use SCCM to push out images and software to classrooms and staff. I worked on servers in our vSphere with installing software license servers and worked closely with networking for opening ports and firewall for the software to communicate to the cilent PCs correctly. I was on our local active directory team when the state had a state wide project of cleaning up the structure and GPOs of our active directory. As a whole we had about 2,500 computers on the campus and I would work with faculty and administrator for upgrading and replacing old computers.

Standard upkeep of computers and servers including remote computers located in Chicago. Perform backups of data, installation of software and hardware repair for computers and servers. Would rebuild older computer and bring them back to a useable standard. I worked with a domain network for sharing control and data throughout the network in Muncie and Chicago. Set up brand new computers to be just like the old computer before and setup needed software.
